✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Certain products are non-returnable:

    • Personalized or custom items (e.g., engraved jewelry).

    • Perishable, intimate, or sanitary goods.

    • Digital/downloadable products.


🔄 Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

  • Exchanges are only available for the same item; if unavailable, you may choose a refund.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect on arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


📦 Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are often already processed with our suppliers and may not be cancelled.


⚠️ Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.
